PAddleboard Yoga

SUP Yoga Flow:

A 90 minute session which includes an introduction to paddleboarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. A beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!

Preserve Paddle Yoga:

A beautiful guided paddleboard yoga class in Robinson's Preserve. The session includes brief on land instructions and demonstration for beginners to get a feel for the sport and for experienced practitioners to improve their technique. 

Next, is a short paddle journey followed by an anchored yoga session on the boards. Each class is suitable for all levels, with options available for experienced practitioners to make their session more challenging, as well as gentle modifications for those seeking a restorative experience. Experience the zen and bliss of yoga in the gorgeous location of Robinson's Preserve. 

STUDIO YOGA

*****Classes take place in the beautiful yoga studio with a Himalayan salt wall inside Aluna Wellness. 2219 Gulf Dr N. Parking along the building is reserved for spa guests. Please park along street or at the community center adjacent to the building.

Vinyasa:

A flowing yoga class suitable for all levels that links breath to movement. Traditional poses are infused into creative sequencing for a dynamic class. Find your zen as you move and groove at your own pace.

Slow Flow:

This class moves with a mindful rythym, letting you truly tune in to yourself, so you can tune out the rest. Modifications will be given to make the class more gentle or challenging depending on your preference. Come as you are- leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ZEN all over.

Gentle Flow:

Gentle Flow Yoga is slow pace flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements which are performed in a sequence, concentrating in for maximum benefits. Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the stretches. It's accessible to all levels from beginners to advance.

Basic Hatha Yoga:

Beginner friendly. Open to all levels of practice and abilities, our soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Modifications for all levels will be offered.

Beach Yoga

Rise & Flow:

A flowing beach yoga class for all levels. Connect to nature, create an intention, and start your day with a healthy dose of zen and vitamin sea :-) Class takes place at the 52nd St beach access next to the Martinque condos. Lots of parking available and boardwalk access to beach. Bring a towel or blanket to practice.
