October 10th-13th

Escape to the quiet magic of the mountains and reconnect with what truly nourishes you. Mountain Medicine is a soul-soothing yoga retreat nestled just outside of Blue Ridge, Georgia, where crisp air, golden leaves, and winding forest paths invite you to slow down and return to your center. Over the course of our time together, you’ll be held by nature and community through grounding yoga practices, heart-opening workshops, and the simple joy of moving your body in rhythm with the land.

Each day offers a blend of intentional movement, seasonal nourishment, and meaningful connection—think slow morning flows, a mindful nature hike, apple picking under autumn skies, and nourishing meals prepared with love by a private chef. In the evenings, we’ll gather around the fire for ceremony and reflection, weaving ritual into rest. Whether you're craving restoration, inspiration, or simply space to breathe, this retreat is your invitation to come home to yourself, held by the wisdom of the mountains.
