Grounded in Gratitude: A Thankful Flow
As the seasons shift and the year begins to wind down, November offers the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and give thanks. In this grounding vinyasa flow, we’ll connect to the breath, cultivate gratitude for body and mind, and gently open the heart space. Through intentional movement, reflective pauses, and deep release, this class invites you to root into the present moment with appreciation and grace. Expect a mix of slow, mindful movement and heart-opening poses, perfect for all levels. We’ll close with a gratitude meditation to seal the practice.
To deepen the experience, we’ll be diffusing the Grounded in Gratitude blend—an earthy, uplifting mix of frankincense, sweet orange, lavender, and sandalwood —designed to support presence, peace, and emotional balance.After class, we invite you to toast what you are grateful for during our Funky Happy Hour. Autumn Punch will be provided.

Comfort & Joy – A Cozy Yin Yoga Winter Wonderland
Wrap yourself in warmth, softness, and a bit of silliness for this special Winter Wonderland yin yoga class. Designed to honor the quiet beauty of winter, this all-levels practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and find stillness—while wearing your coziest pajamas or most festive ugly sweater!
We’ll settle into long-held, floor-based yin postures to gently open the body’s deeper connective tissues, nourish the joints, and create space for rest and renewal. Expect candlelight vibes, soothing breathwork, and a guided meditation to help you embrace the stillness of the season from the inside out.
We’ll also be diffusing a winter-inspired aromatherapy blend—think crisp evergreens, warm spices, and hints of citrus—to create a serene, seasonal atmosphere.
After class, linger for a cozy cup of hot cocoa (spiked if you like!) or warm tea to sip and savor as we soak up the joy of the season together. Bring your favorite blanket, a cozy layer, and a playful spirit.
