All Levels Yoga:

A creative, eclectic blend of many yogic traditions and styles. Modifications of postures are made to accommodate everyone, allowing both beginning and advanced students the opportunity to enjoy a satisfying, accessible, and energetic experience. Perfect for those who want it all! Great for all students!

All Levels Slow Flow :

Discover a moving meditation by connecting breath through dynamic movements and static holds. This class balances alignment, breath-work, mobility and creative sequencing to help your body continuously explore its ability to build strength and release tension. Modifications offered for those injured and/or aging.

Vinyasa Flow:

Our sequencing is unique, challenging, and fun. Core strengthening, vinyasa, long holds, and deep stretches are all incorporated to build fire within the body and promote detoxification.Prepare to sweat as you integrate movement and breath with classical and creatively-adapted sun salutations, twists, binds, and backbends. Classes will build endurance, flexibility, and strength. Accessible to anyone willing to sweat and explore their edges. Appropriate for students who have a basic understanding of yoga and who want to challenge themselves.

Flow + Restore + Sound

Restorative Yoga is more about being, rather than doing. Most people in our culture need to unwind  stress and tension in their bodies before dropping into complete stillness. This class starts with a grounded, gentle flow with the intention to guide the body into deep relaxation. After movement, enjoy a luxurious "yoga nap" using props to support all the major joints in the body and drop into a guided meditation with the soothing sounds of crystal signing bowls, Indian gong and Koshi chimes. 

Gentle Yoga:

Open to all levels, our Gentle Yoga class is designed to connect breath, alignment, and mindfulness with basic yoga postures. Cultivating inner peace, expect stretching and attention to breath during a relaxing flow. Especially good for anyone who wants a slower paced, less strenuous class.

Restorative Yoga:

Take time to relax, refresh, and renew! If you’re working with injury, illness, or just suffering from a busy mind, restorative yoga can help to soothe your thoughts, encourage inward focus, and allow your body to heal. Yoga props are used to assist you in this slower practice. Perfect for all students! No experience required.

Restorative Yoga W/ Reiki

A restorative yoga class with Reiki Energy Healing & a Guided Relaxation Savasana. We'll begin with a slow moving restorative yoga session guided by Rachael Croll, RYT that will relax your body from head to toe. While supported in each renewing pose, Rachael will provide reiki healing with aroma therapy to each practitioner. We'll end our time together with a guided relaxation meditation, leaving you in an ultimate state of bliss. Great for all students!

Hatha All Levels Yoga

A slower paced class focusing on breath and controlled movements with creative sequencing! Modifications of postures are made to accommodate everyone, allowing both beginning and advanced students the opportunity to enjoy a satisfying, accessible, and energetic experience. Perfect for those who want it all! Great for all students!

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is an accessible, low-impact exercise that can build strength, improve posture, and support a mind-body connection. Suitable for all levels!

Guided Meditation & Relaxation

Meditation offers a multitude of benefits, including reducing stress, improved mental clarity, enhanced emotional well-being, and increased self-awareness. It is a pathway to inner peace and positivity. This class offers a variety of meditation techniques including guided meditation, silent meditation, yoga nidra, breathwork, and mindfulness. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or a beginner, this class is designed to cater to all levels of experience and offers a peaceful environment to dive deeper into your meditation practice. Come and enjoy a new meditation each week!

Restorative Yoga + Bodywork

Restorative Yoga is more about being, rather than doing. The focus of this practice is to nourish and regulate the nervous system for deep rest and rejuvenation. Alyssa, Thai Yoga Bodyworker & Reiki Master, will guide clients through a practice designed to release tension from head to toe with gentle yoga stretches, calming breath-work and hands on support using Thai Massage techniques while resting in supported yoga postures.


BEACH YOGA

*****ALL beach yoga classes take place at the 52nd St Beach Access, next to the Martinique Condos on Holmes Beach: On google maps- Where 52nd St meets the Gulf.

*****IN THE WINTER- If the temperature drops below 55 degrees we will cancel class. This will be listed on Mindbody. If you are registered already you will be refunded and notified.

Rise & Flow Beach Yoga

A flowing beach yoga class for all levels. Connect to nature, create an intention, and start your day with a healthy dose of zen and vitamin sea. Bring a towel, sheet or blanket to practice on.

Sunset Beach Yoga  

An evening yoga flow on the beach as the sun sinks into the Gulf. Find complete relaxation as we move our bodies to the gentle sound of the waves. An all levels class that will leave you feeling totally ZEN! Bring a towel, sheet or blanket to practice on.

Full Moon Beach Yoga

An evening on the beach. Indulge in a creative flow yoga class honoring the solar and lunar energies as the sun dips into the gulf and the full moon rises over the bay. Enjoy the collective vibrations of peace and rejuvenation as we practice together in a tranquil setting. Bring a towel, sheet or blanket to practice on.


Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga

***** All SUP Yoga Classes meet at 402 Pine Ave- The Anna Maria Island Historical Musuem Public Kayak Launch.

SUP Yoga- All Levels:

A 90 minute session which includes an introduction to paddleboarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. A beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water! This class takes place at 402 Pine Ave- The AMI Historical Museum.

Full Moon Paddle:

Honor the full moon and harness the lunar energy with us on the water! We begin with an intention setting circle, a quick paddle instruction overview, and then embark on a guided nature paddle as the sun sinks in the Gulf and the moon rises over the Intracoastal. The session is 60 -75 minutes depending on the group size. Paddleboard and all equipment is included. This class is not recommended for first time paddlers. Some experience is recommended.

Guided Paddle & Floating Meditation:

Meditation on the water is a beautiful thing. Whether meditation is a big part of your life, you are a beginner or only curious, this class is right for you. Our instructors guide students through a variety of meditation techniques while you float, and breath on your anchored board. Find your ultimate ZEN. This class takes place at 402 Pine Ave- The Anna Maria Island Historical Museum. This is NOT a scheduled class. Must call/text to setup a booking. 941-209-8848

Paddleboard Fitness:

The class begins with paddle stroke work, then moves into anchored bootcamp style exercises on the board. Modifications are given to make the workout more challenging or moderate depending on your preference. A nice cool down and stretch sesh finishes out the class. The session is one hour long and will leave you feeling STRONG and ACCOMPLISHED! This class takes place at 402 Pine Ave- The AMI Historical Museum. This is NOT a scheduled class.
