Join us for an evening of movement, color, and connection as we awaken the sacral chakra—your center of creativity and emotion. We’ll start with a sweet, hip-opening yoga flow to spark your inner artist, then shift into a guided watercolor session where you can let your colors—and your energy—run wild. No art or yoga experience needed—just come as you are and let it flow.
