Emerging from the Firewalk is inspired by astrologist Virginia Rosenberg.

Breathe to release the inevitable changes + transformations we may find ourselves moving through.

About the Breath:

Breathwork is an active meditation that uses a 2-part Pranayama breathing technique. Being an active meditation, it effectively helps to quiet your mind + nervous system, tapping into your subconscious so that your heart + emotions can be brought to light. Using the power of the breath along with intuitive guidance and sealed with a blissful soundbath, you’ll find yourself by the end of our circle, lighter, brighter, and renewed.

What to bring:

Dress comfy + please bring a bottle of water with you to class. We will be using yoga mats and blankets (provided by the studio). Eye pillows are also encouraged as this breath is done lying down with eyes closed, but not necessary if you don't have one. If you have any crystals, feel free to bring those with you as well-- you can hold onto them while you breathe to help ground you. 

About Raquel:
A Native Hawaiian and recent Sarasota transplant from California, Raquel moved to the mainland in 2010 but carries the Aloha Spirit with her wherever she goes. Certified in Life Coaching since 2017 and Breathwork in 2020, Raquel has a passion for helping others heal by reminding them of the tools + power they hold within. When she’s not holding space, you can find Raquel with her family at a beach, or at home with her husband, 3 year old son, and black cat.
