Start your Thanksgiving morning with presence, movement, and deep restoration. This special 75-minute class blends an energizing Vinyasa flow with grounding self-massage techniques to awaken gratitude throughout the body.
We will begin with a dynamic, heat-building sequence to clear space for new energy and to honor our strength, breath, and movement. The second half of class transitions into guided myofascial release using massage balls, focusing on the areas where we tend to hold tension and emotional weight. You will leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply grounded as you move into your holiday celebrations.
All levels are welcome. Massage balls will be provided or you may bring your own.
