All classes are thoughtfully guided with options and modifications, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and move in ways that feel supportive.

Not at all. Every part of the retreat is optional.
You’re welcome to skip any class, excursion, or group activity if you feel called to rest, journal, or enjoy quiet time on your own. This retreat is designed to restore you, not exhaust you.

Yes. Private van airport transportation is included to and from the retreat.
Arrival (Thursday, June 11):
A group airport pickup will take place at 2:00pm from Portland International Jetport (PWM).
Please book your flight to arrive before 2:00pm, allowing adequate time for deplaning and collecting any checked luggage.Departure (Monday):
The return airport transfer will depart from the retreat home at 11:00am.

You’ll have the opportunity to share dietary needs and allergies after booking so we can do our best to accommodate you. -

A non-refundable deposit of $450 is required to reserve your spot.
This deposit supports initial planning, lodging commitments, and administrative costs and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Transfers & Credits
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with written notice and approval.
In some cases, a credit toward a future retreat may be offered at the discretion of the retreat host. Credits are not guaranteed and depend on timing and availability.
