Somatic Flow + Myofascial Release Workshop
This workshop combines somatic movements, guided self-bodywork with massage balls, and restorative yoga postures, with optional Thai Yoga Bodywork adjustments. You will learn simple and effective techniques to improve mobility, support joint health, and soften tension patterns stored in the muscles and fascia. The optional Thai Yoga Bodywork adjustments offered throughout are designed to support deeper release, relaxation, and integration. All levels welcome and all props provided.
