The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a celebration of light, growth, abundance, and possibility. It is a powerful time to pause, reflect on what is blooming in your life, and set intentions for the season ahead.
During this special one-day retreat, we'll gather in community for a blend of movement, creativity, ritual, and deep rest. Together, we'll move our bodies, create with our hands, quiet our minds, and give ourselves permission to simply be.
Our day begins with a gentle beach yoga practice by the water, grounding into the natural rhythms of the season and setting the tone for the day ahead. We'll then transition into a mindful mala bracelet-making workshop, where you'll create your own meaningful keepsake while reflecting on intentions, aspirations, and what you'd like to cultivate this summer.
Enjoy a spacious midday break to nourish yourself in whatever way feels best—explore nearby cafés and restaurants, stroll the island, journal by the water, browse local shops, or connect with fellow retreat guests at your own pace.
In the afternoon, we'll gather for a deeply restorative yoga practice enhanced with Reiki energy healing, inviting the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.
We'll conclude our retreat with a healing sound bath and guided Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing you to fully rest, integrate, and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and inspired.
